Studio Owner Jodey Lowber has been teaching Pilates in the Louisville area since 2002. She finds Pilates beneficial for all age groups, personalities and body types. Her clients range from proficient athletes to post operative physical therapy patients and everyone in-between. She finds that adapting Pilates to a wide range of people keeps her creative and intrigued by what Pilates has to offer each individual.
Since the beginning of her career, Jodey’s been drawn to working with those with special interests. She has experience working with the visually impaired, multiple sclerosis, partial paralysis, spinal/pelvic degeneration, hip/knee replacement, pregnancy and more. She designs workshops for chronic pain sufferers, utilizing the components of Pilates that both stabilizes the skeletal frame and promotes flexibility and strength to its musculature.
While living in Kentucky, Jodey has worked with a wide array of equestrians, designing Pilates workshops for riders to improve their seat in the saddle and enhance their posture on and off the horse. A riding enthusiast herself, Jodey has experience in Saddle Seat riding American Saddlebreds and she also enjoys dabbling in different riding disciplines such as dressage & the Spanish style of riding gaited Paso Finos. She enjoys the many challenges riding poses and believes Pilates is a perfect match for the equestrian athlete.

During an extensive career in advertising, Becky decided to add Pilates to her busy fitness and work schedule. Her Pilates practice seemed like a perfect second act after getting married and having a baby. She loved how Pilates made her feel both mentally and physically.
After practicing Pilates for several years, she decided to make a major career shift and become a certified teacher through Pilates Sports Center in Louisville, Ky. The unfortunate timing in the pandemic slowed down her process to graduate but she persevered and is now happily teaching both private and semi-private sessions.
